Mother and daughter at the end of the world

A miracle crop designed to end famine became humanity’s ruin, twisting people into feral creatures called Dusters, driven by a chemical addiction. You play Katherine, guiding and protecting her daughter Ava through the remnants of civilization in search of a safe haven, while drawing the attention of the Pastor and his mysterious following.

Inspired by classics like Resident Evil and Silent Hill, it trades carnage for story-driven survival, with environmental puzzles, hidden paths and tense encounters.

“Crossing 150,000 wishlists is completely overwhelming,” said Roman, developer at Painted Black Games. “Seeing so many players connect with Katherine and Ava’s journey shows us that there’s a real hunger for stories that represent deeply human experiences.”
