LIVING HELL, a 1-4 player co-op survival horror game from Joe Fender, creator of DEVOUR (7M+ copies sold), surprise-launched its first Steam playtest during the Triple-i Showcase alongside a new trailer. Published by Future Friends Games (CloverPit, The Cabin Factory), it’s coming to Steam in 2027.

A train escape through Pelican City
The collapse of the ozone layer exposed Pelican City to devastating solar radiation, triggering terrifying mutations. Players capture mutated specimens and turn them into biofuel to power a train, their last chance to reach one of the remaining rockets and escape Earth.
The heat is a threat too: manage your Thermal Load or risk mutating and turning on your teammates. Each journey follows a different subway route, with over a dozen creatures, six playable characters, proximity voice chat with handheld radios and crafting and inventory systems inspired by classic survival horror. There’s also full offline single-player.
