SEGA’s booth at BGS 2026 will feature accessibility resources for people with visual impairments. In partnership with AbleGamers Brasil, a nonprofit that promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities through video games, every area of the booth will offer full audio description.

How accessibility will work at SEGA’s BGS 2026 booth

Across the 300 m² booth, AbleGamers will describe each space and activation, letting visually impaired visitors take part independently, just like everyone else. The audio description also adds context and extra information about the activations, plus a panoramic overview of the area to help people find their way around.

To access the service, high-contrast and Braille signs will be placed next to each activation. The resource was created by specialists and validated by blind people.

“Autonomy is dignity”

Christian Bernauer, president of AbleGamers Brasil, highlighted the partnership: “Autonomy is dignity for people with disabilities. Creating an environment where they can fully live these experiences is part of our mission, and we’re very happy to have a partner like SEGA to achieve that goal.”

BGS 2026 takes place October 9–12 at Distrito Anhembi in São Paulo. More information on the official Brasil Game Show website.
