SEGA has detailed the Digital Ultimate Edition of Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2, bundling the base game with every character pack released so far. It is on sale now for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Steam and Switch, and arrives with the Nintendo Switch 2 version on October 29.
What the Ultimate includes
- Base game
- Infinity Castle Character Pass: Infinity Castle versions of Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Giyu, Shinobu and Akaza, plus Doma and Kaigaku in Versus Mode
- Six character unlock keys: Tengen Uzui, Obanai Iguro, Sanemi Shinazugawa, Gyomei Himejima, Rengoku (Academy) and Uzui (Academy)
- Tanjiro and Inosuke Entertainment District kimonos and Uzui’s shinobi outfit
- Upper Moons system voices in Versus Mode
Switch owners get a free upgrade to the Switch 2 version, though the Infinity Castle pass is sold separately. A physical Switch 2 edition including the pass opens for pre-order soon. Both Hinokami Chronicles games also received a permanent price cut on their Standard and Deluxe editions across platforms.
