These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits SavePoint (savepoint.com.br), in any language. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What SavePoint is
SavePoint is a Brazilian news site covering games and anime, with news, reviews and information published in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Access is free and needs no account.
Content and copyright
- SavePoint’s articles, brand and layout belong to SavePoint. Game images, trailers and trademarks belong to their owners and appear with credit, for journalistic purposes.
- You may share links and quote short excerpts, as long as you credit SavePoint with a link to the original article.
- Reproducing full articles, bulk republishing or automated collection of our content for commercial use requires prior written permission.
Accuracy
We work from official sources and correct mistakes openly (see our Corrections Policy). Still, dates, prices, deals and availability change often: always check the official store or channel before you buy.
Affiliate links and editorial independence
Some pages contain affiliate links (for example Amazon and Mercado Livre). If you buy through them, SavePoint may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never influence what we write or our review scores. Articles with affiliate links say so. More in our Editorial Standards.
External links
We link to stores, publishers and other sites. We don’t control that content and aren’t responsible for it, or for purchases made outside SavePoint.
Comments and reader submissions
When you comment or send us material, you confirm you have the rights to it and allow SavePoint to display it on the site. No spam, abuse, hate speech, illegal content or other people’s personal data. We may moderate or remove any submission.
Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD), as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Liability
SavePoint is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Brazilian law, we are not liable for damages resulting from the use of published information or from site downtime. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law grants to consumers.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time; the date at the top shows the version in force.
