Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 delayed

CI Games delayed Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 to April 25, 2017 to make final improvements to the open-world sniper game, its CEO explained.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 delayed to late April

CI Games decided to delay it because it will make improvements to the game. The game will now be released on April 25.

Marek Tyminski, the studio’s CEO, explains the decision:

“We have worked tirelessly, creating an entirely new Sniper Ghost Warrior experience in an ambitiously built open world for the series. Although delaying the game is an unfortunate decision, we believe these final changes will result in a better experience for players around the world on day one. Thank you for your patience, we know the wait will be worth it.”

The game’s protagonist is an American sniper named Jonathan North, who is dropped into enemy territory in northern Georgia, near the Russian border. The game will bring open-world maps with dynamic weather and a day and night cycle that truly impacts the game and decisions, as well as extensive customization of gear, weapons, accessories, vehicles and a drone.
