Microsoft now offers self-service refunds for digital games on Xbox One and Windows 10, within 14 days of purchase and with up to 2 hours of play time.

Microsoft has just announced that it will offer self-service refunds on both Xbox One

and Windows 10.

Users will now be able to request a refund on any product purchased through the Microsoft Store at: account.microsoft.com.

Conditions: Games must have been purchased in the last 14 days and you must have 2 hours or less of play time for the product to be eligible.
Unfortunately, DLC content, season passes, etc., are not eligible through this service.
For those, you will have to try to convince the Microsoft Live Chat team.
