Player loses his entire Origin game library after streaming the Anthem alpha

A streamer broke the NDA by broadcasting the Anthem alpha from EA, and his entire Origin game library was removed shortly afterward.

Beta or alpha tests let a company test the game in a controlled way with real players; as people play, developers test various kinds of functionality problems. These tests are usually protected by an NDA (an agreement in which the signing parties commit to keeping certain information, or all of it, confidential), so whoever breaks it is subject to the penalties it describes.

Even knowing this, a streamer decided to break the NDA and broadcast gameplay from the alpha of EA Games’ Anthem. A few minutes after the stream began, the Origin application crashed, forcing the streamer to restart his PC. When it finished restarting, the streamer received a message saying his entire Origin game library had been removed. Yes, he literally lost every game bought on the service. Here is the video of what happened:

What do you think of the punishment? In your opinion, does a publisher or developer have the right to remove all of your legally purchased games if you violate a term of service?
