343 Industries confirms Halo Infinite will launch on PC and is not exclusive to the new generation

Frank O’Connor of 343 Industries denied a rumor, saying Halo Infinite will launch on Xbox One and on PCs with appropriate specs.

It is no secret to anyone that Microsoft’s new strategy is to go after players wherever they are; in the long/medium term the company wants to have its games on smartphones, tablets and PC, and there are also RUMORS that it intends to reach even other platforms previously seen as rivals, but nothing has been confirmed.

Recently a new rumor surfaced involving Microsoft’s main franchise, Halo… the rumor said the game would only be on Microsoft’s new generation of platforms, which left Xbox One owners frustrated. Frank O’Connor of 343i denied the rumor, saying:

“I have no idea what rumor you are talking about, but Halo Infinite will launch on Xbox One and on PCs with appropriate specs.”
