BioWare says the company is committed to improving Anthem

A BioWare representative said on Reddit that Anthem is here to stay and that the team is working on improvements and new content after launch criticism.

Anthem is BioWare’s main bet; the game had been in development for several years by the studio’s core team and was recently released… after launch the game suffered several criticisms, both for technical flaws (huge and constant loading times, server disconnections and so on) and for flaws in the game’s design itself (loot, dialogue and even missions).

To try to calm tempers, a BioWare representative said on Reddit that “Anthem is here to stay”, saying:

“Know that I share the community’s feedback with the team about all these issues. The team is aware and working hard to resolve these flaws.”

“All I can say is that Anthem is here to stay. Do we have a lot of work to do and parts of the game to fix? Yes, the team is committed to delivering improvements and releasing new content.”

“I know players want to see updates faster, but these things can take time to make sure they are done well. We greatly appreciate the community and look forward to the days, weeks and months and years ahead. Stronger alone, stronger together.”
