Picture the scene… you buy a new console and are counting the days, hours and minutes until you get your hands on it, but when the console arrives and you open the box you find a box full of batteries instead of the console… sounds like a “horror movie scene”, doesn’t it? Well, this “scene” is real and it happened to Amazon UK customers who bought a PS5. The buyers received assorted items, as you can see below:
Amazon has spoken about the case:
“We are all making our customers happy, and this happened in a small proportion of these orders. We are very sorry about this and are investigating exactly what happened. We are reaching out to all customers who had a problem and we have made ourselves aware so that we can fix this. Anyone who has had problems with any order can contact our customer service team for help.”
