Modern Warfare 4 at BGS 2026: Activision brings the game to Switch 2, Monster Arena and a Meet & Greet with Infinity Ward

Modern Warfare 4 at BGS 2026 is confirmed: Activision will bring Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 to the show. Anyone attending Brasil Game Show, the biggest games show in Latin America, from October 9 to 12 in São Paulo, will be able to play the franchise’s new chapter before its official launch, set for October 23.

And it’s not just playing: the schedule includes a Meet & Greet with an Infinity Ward developer, a stage interview at BGS Talks, meetups with content creators and even stations running the game on the Nintendo Switch 2. Below, we gather everything you need to know to make the most of Modern Warfare 4 at BGS 2026.

Modern Warfare 4 at BGS 2026: where to play

The game will be available in two areas of the show:

Monster Energy booth – 36 stations at the Monster Arena Freeplay, open every day of the event;
Nintendo booth – 12 stations with Modern Warfare 4 on the Nintendo Switch 2, with access to the game’s beta.

The partnership with Monster Energy had already been previewed here at SavePoint, when we showed that Monster Energy will have Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 stations, an esports arena and exclusive giveaways at BGS. Now, with Activision’s official announcement, Modern Warfare 4’s presence at BGS 2026 has become even bigger.

Meet & Greet with Oscar Lopez from Infinity Ward

The big highlight for fans is the visit of Oscar Lopez, Multiplayer Lead Designer at Infinity Ward – the studio responsible for developing Modern Warfare 4. He will be at BGS on Saturday, October 10, with two activities:

1 p.m. – BGS Talks: Oscar Lopez and Rodrigo Pérez, Call of Duty Product Management Director, take part in a stage interview, with details about the new game;
2 p.m. – Meet & Greet at the SBT booth: fans will be able to talk to the developer and get an autograph on an exclusive show poster.

For those who play Call of Duty multiplayer, it’s a rare chance to hear directly from the person behind the design of the franchise’s most played mode.

Monster Arena: Modern Warfare 4 at BGS 2026 with competitions and influencers

Besides the 36 free-play stations, the Monster Energy booth will have stage competitions, Meet & Greets with Call of Duty influencers and live streams made from inside the aquarium, straight from the booth.

On Saturday, from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the space also hosts the MTP Girls Showmatch.

Modern Warfare 4 on Nintendo Switch 2

One of the Modern Warfare 4 news items at BGS 2026 that draws the most attention is the chance to try Call of Duty on Nintendo’s hybrid console. At the Nintendo booth, the public will have 12 Modern Warfare 4 stations on the Nintendo Switch 2, with access to the game’s beta. And there’s an extra incentive: everyone who plays MW4 on the Switch 2 gets franchise giveaways.
