Sony takes second place in customer service ranking

Sony Brasil jumped from 20th to second place in the EXAME/IBRC customer service ranking in Brazil, behind only Natura, according to the study.

Sony, which was previously in 20th place in the customer service ranking, made a leap and took second place in the ranking, behind only Natura. The study carried out by EXAME/IBRC magazine covered 170 companies and interviewed more than 6,000 people spread across 150 cities in the country, showing which brands have the best customer service. Besides Sony, other brands that stood out were Fleury, Renault, O Boticário, Citroën, Localiza, Nubank, SulAmérica Saúde and others.

Besides standing out in the EXAME/IBRC ranking, Sony had already been gathering very positive results on sites that record customer complaints, receiving the ReclameAqui award for answering every complaint with an average response time of 3 hours.

The brand’s service channels, besides the customer service line (SAC), are the official Sony store, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. The brand also provides tutorials, manuals, programs and tips on its website.

Sidnei Sorban, Customer Service Manager at Sony Brasil, spoke a little about the runner-up position achieved by the company, saying:

“At Sony, we understand that it is not enough to deliver a quality product; we also need to closely follow the customer’s relationship with the brand. Based on the opinions we receive every day, we identify opportunities for improvement and put actions into practice so we can keep evolving”

“These indicators are in line with the low number of product returns in our daily operations, which means we are offering the quality consumers expect. Based on the opinions we receive every day, we identify opportunities for improvement and put actions into practice so we can keep evolving”
