Capcom announced that Street Fighter V will get a 1-hour stream exclusively on Twitch.TV showing what is coming in the so-called Summer Update 2021.
The stream will take place on August 3 at around 19:00 Brasília time, exclusively on Twitch.TV, with live commentary from some guests from the competitive fighting game scene.
As announced, we will get news about the Season 5 characters of Street Fighter V Champion Edition, probably a confirmation of the release date of the character Oro, a detailed gameplay showcase of the character Akira and new information about EVO 2021 and the Capcom Cup 2021.
We already had a small teaser of the character Akira in another stream held in April, the so-called Spring Update 2021:
I hope that this time Capcom already reveals who the mysterious last fighter of Season 5 is. Rumor has it that this character is a guest from another company that is also a fighting game specialist, the famous SNK. If that comes true, it will be the first time in Street Fighter history that a main game in the franchise receives a guest character from another company.
