From the makers of PUBG comes Thunder Tier One

KRAFTON, Inc. announced, during The Game Awards 2020, Thunder Tier One, its newest tactical shooter, in which players lead an elite force and fight enemy operations. You can already try it on Steam, available until Sunday (13) at 1 pm.

As part of the demo, players can try the solo and co-op game mode and the ‘Advance and Secure’ and ‘Deathmatch’ multiplayer modes. There are also two campaign missions available, in both single-player and co-op.

The game’s goal is to offer highly strategic and realistic gameplay, which means players will need to quickly assess their surroundings and use their tactical skills to make important decisions in real time. More information is available here.

The concept behind Thunder Tier One was first conceived in 2016 by PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG) action and gunplay lead Pawel Smolewski, who began working on the game as a personal project along with a small independent team. In early 2020, Smolewski presented the game to KRAFTON, Inc., which recognized its potential and agreed to help bring Thunder Tier One to a wider audience. The original independent team of developers has been working under the KRAFTON, Inc. name.

“We are grateful to our community for their encouragement and feedback so far, and to KRAFTON, Inc. for helping our indie team. It is exciting to now present the title to a larger audience and we look forward to seeing how players react to Thunder Tier One,” celebrated Pawel Smolewski.

After the official release, the game will be open to modders, allowing fans to create their own game modes, weapons and missions, which can be shared with the Thunder Tier One community itself.
