KOEI TECMO announced today that Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water will launch on October 28 for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam).
Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water is a port/remaster of the version originally released in 2014 for the Wii U, and follows the same scheme as the other games in the acclaimed Japanese horror series: using the Camera Obscura, the only item able to damage ghosts and evil spirits.

This improved version adds a Photo Mode (:v) where you can use any character or ghost, placing them in various scenarios and poses while adding several effects to capture the best moments.
New outfits and accessories based on characters from previous games will also be added. And for those who pre-order or buy the game in the first two weeks after launch, an outfit based on the character Ryza, from the Atelier Ryza RPG series, will be made available.
